By placing an order with Radiant Studios, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully, as it outlines your rights and responsibilities when purchasing from us.


Orders & Payments


All payments must be made using a valid credit or debit card, or one of our accepted payment methods, with sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The billing address provided must match the address registered with your payment method.


We accept the following payment options:

Credit/Debit Cards (processed securely through Square)

Payments are processed at the time of checkout, and shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Any fraudulent activity or unauthorised card use will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the associated order may be canceled or suspended immediately.


Shipping & Delivery


We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

UK 48-Hour Tracked: 2-3 working days

UK Next Working Day: 1 working day (for orders placed before 1 pm)

UK Saturday Next Day Delivery: 1 working day (for orders placed on Friday before 1 pm)

Europe Tracked and Signed: 4-7 working days

Rest of the World: 5-14 working days


Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.


If you do not receive your order within 14 to 21 days, please contact us immediately so we can initiate an investigation with the courier. Please note that we are unable to begin this process before 14 days have passed, in line with shipping carrier policies.


Important: While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, Radiant Studios is not liable for shipping delays, courier errors, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather disruptions, customs inspections).


For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Radiant Studios is not responsible for these additional charges or for delays caused by customs processes. We recommend checking your local import policies before placing an order.


Order processing & Accuracy

 

When placing an order, please carefully review your selected items, quantities, and delivery details. Providing accurate information is essential to avoid delays or failed deliveries. We cannot guarantee changes to an order once it has been processed, so please double-check all details before completing your purchase.


Insurance & Lost Packages


We recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect your order in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit. Radiant Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our warehouse. If your parcel goes missing, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier, but compensation will only be available if insurance coverage was selected at checkout.


Returns & Refund Policy


All sales are final. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. This policy is in place to ensure product safety and quality.


However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will gladly offer a replacement or issue a refund. To initiate a claim, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order, providing:

Clear photos showing the issue

A description of the problem


We will assess the claim and provide a resolution as quickly as possible. Please note that failure to report issues within the specified timeframe may affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund.


Product Availability & Restocks


Availability of products is subject to change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer an alternative product or a full refund.

Liability & Disclaimer


Radiant Studios strives to provide high-quality products and exceptional service. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, shipping issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
